Asus ZenFone 5 ZenFone 5Z

Months after its initial launch at MWC in late February this year, Asus has finally bring its high-end ZenFone 5Z smartphone to India. The new phone is Asus first to be powered by a Snapdragon 845 chipset, Qualcomm most powerful mobile processor at present.

It features a 6.2 -inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a notch at the top, protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass. RAM and storage options made available for the device are 6GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB, with a MicroSD slot provided to expand the storage. The ZenFone 5Z bears 12MP+8MP dual camera at the rear and a wide-angle camera at the front.

It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo buttered with ZenUI 5.1; sports a fingerprint sensor at the back, and packed a 3300mAh battery behind.

The 6GB RAM/64GB storage version is priced at Rs 29,999 ($450), the 6GB RAM/128GB storage version at Rs 32,999 ($495), while the 8GB RAM/256GB storage version costs Rs 36,999 ($555). Sales for the phone will begin on July 9th exclusively on Flipkart.
