Lenovo seems to be on the edge of launching a new low-end smartphone, the A328 as it is being called is listed on the firm website with no pricing and availability details. However, an online retailer store listed the smartphone at Rs 7,299 (approximately $122).

The dual-SIM enabled A328 features a 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480×854 pixels, and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor, slammed with 1GB of RAM.

The smartphone houses a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and 2-megapixel front camera. It comes with 4GB of built-in storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD.

On the connectivity front, the Lenovo A328 support Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, GPS, and Micro-USB. It packs in a 2,000mAh Li-ion battery.

Earlier this month, Lenovo launched a low budget Android smartphone in India, the Lenovo A536 at Rs 8,999 (roughly $150). The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat and it’s powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor.
