Obi Original, real name Obiora Obikwelu, comfortably tells a love story about missing his lover and being intimate with her in his native tongue (Yoruba and Igbo) and English. She be killing him softly and can’t wait to be hers, Omalichanwa, NO TALKING, all he wants is her touching and both of them being together for the rest of their lives.

Currently based in Minnesota, Obi sees Black love as magical and groundbreaking. He also feels that Black women and their magical touches aren’t celebrated to its full extent.

He said:

I wanted to create a song that not only celebrates Black love but a song that celebrates Black women. He also talks about Black women in his life and how they have pushed him to become a better person. Black women are worthy of love where they can be their authentic selves, Mr Original states.

Ransom Beatz produced the record with Obi Original. The melodic rhythm of the song allows listeners to not only feel the passion that seeps through the lyrics, but it also allows them to sway their hips and feel the beat throughout their bodies.
