Panasonic has a launched a new entry-level smartphone with 4G LTE capability in India under its Eluga series. The Eluga Arc as named features a 4.7-inch IPS 2.5D curved display with HD (1280×720 pixels) resolution and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, coupled with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. There is a 16GB of built-in storage onboard that can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.
The Eluga Arc has hybrid dual SIM slots that allows the second SIM slot to be use as a MicroSD card slot. Also, it sports a fingerprint sensor at the rear for authentication. An 8-megapixel autofocus camera is equipped at the rear with LED flash, while it bears a 5-megapixel camera at the front for selfie. Connectivity options included besides LTE are Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 3G, 2G, GPS and Micro-USB. The phone also supports VoLTE. It is backed a 1800mAh battery.

The Eluga Arc is priced at Rs 12,490 ($187 USD). It will be available at both online and offline stores across the region in coming days.
