The Chinese brand, ZTE, has silently released a new budget smartphone in Vietnam named Blade D2. The device is listed on the company Vietnam webpage with a price tag of VND 2,690,000 ($107 USD), and is currently available for purchase across the region. No word on global availability.

The ZTE Blade D2 features a 5-inch IPS display with HD (1280×720 pixels) resolution and a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor clocked at 1.3GHz, slammed with 1GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. There is an 8GB of built-in storage onboard that can be expanded up to 64GB via a MicroSD card.
The phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box and offer dual SIM functionality. Sitting at the rear is a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with a LED flash, while a 2-megapixel camera is equipped at the front. In connectivity compartment, Blade D2 supports 4G LTE, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, 2G, GPS, and Micro-USB.
The major highlight of the device is its 4,000mAh built-in battery that can deliver days of use in a single charge. The battery can also be use to charge other USB enabled devices such as MP3 players, Bluetooth Headsets via OTG.
