ZTE has launched a new entry-level smartphone in India, the Blade Qlux 4G. The phone will go on sale exclusively on Amazon.in starting from next week with a price tag of Rs 4,999 ($80 USD). Global availability is not known.
The main highlight of the device is 4G LTE onboard, with support of 1800MHz (Band 3) and 2300MHz (Band 40) frequency, making it the cheapest 4G smartphone currently available. Also, ZTE Blade Qlux 4G LTE is of Category 4 (Cat.4), capable of rendering a data speed of up to 150Mbps.

In other areas, the Blade Qlux 4G features a 4.5-inch IPS display with FWVGA (480×854 pixels) resolution and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-the-box which is upgradeable to Android 5.0 Lollipop as claimed by the firm. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6732M processor clocked at 1.3GHz alongside with 1GB of RAM.
There is an 8GB of built-in storage onboard that can be expanded via MicroSD card (up to 32GB). The device packs an 8-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash at the rear while it bears a 5-megapixel secondary camera at the front. Connectivity options included are Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, 2G, GPS, and Micro-USB.
The Blade Qlux 4G support dual-SIM, it is backed by a 2200mAh battery.
