Sony took over the stage with its long rumoured next Xperia tablet, the Xperia Z4 Tablet. We expect its junior the Xperia Z4 to come along but it seems the firm has decided to keep it indoor till God knows when. So, if you are eyeing the Z4 and has gathered coins to spend on it you’ll need to sit back for now. The Xperia Z4 tablet comes in two variants, Wifi only and LTE, however, its pricing is yet to be announced but we expect it to set sail before June.
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is being touts as one of the slimmest and lightest tablet ever launched, it measures 167x254x6.1 mm and weigh 393 grams (Wifi+LTE variant), 389 grams for Wifi only variants. It features a 10.1-inch 2K (2560×1600 pixels) display and packs a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm latest Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2GHz alongside with Adreno 430 GPU and 3GB of RAM.

The device runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box. It is waterproof and dustproof certify with IP67/IP87 ratings. There’s a 32GB built-in storage onboard for apps installation and media files which can be further expanded up to 128GB via MicroSD card.
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet sports an 8-megapixel pixel rear camera with autofocus and Sony Exmor RS sensor while it also houses a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options include Wifi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPRS/EDGE, 4G, 3G, and A-GPS. It is backed by a 6000mAh battery which Sony claims can render 17 hours of video playback.
