Samsung has finally unwrapped its new Galaxy series smartphone, the Galaxy J1 (SM-J100H). We sighted this phone last month when its specification was leaked by SamMobile. However, the specs revealed does not fully match the listing on Samsung official page but it does match a bit. Pricing and availability remains undisclose.
According to the specs posted, the Galaxy J1 features a 4.3-inch TFT display with a resolution of 480*800 pixels. It support dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. Under the hood, the smartphone is driven by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor (unspecified), slammed with 512MB of RAM.
It has a 4GB internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD card, and offers WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, GPS, and GPRS/EDGE as connectivity options. On the rear, the Samsung Galaxy J1 sports a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with CMOS sensor and LED flash, while it also houses a 2-megapixel front camera with CMOS sensor. It comes with an 1859mAh battery, capable of delivering up to 10 hours of talk time on 3G, as claimed by the firm.
