ZTE seem prepared to launch a new smartphone before the end of January as the phone leaked online. The Blade V2 as named, was announced by the firm and its specifications listed as Phonearena confirmed, but its pricing and the regions it’ll be available remains unknown.
The Blade V2 is a successor to ZTE Blade V that was launched in 2013.

As revealed, the ZTE Blade V2 features a 5-inch HD (720*1280 pixels) display and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It is driven by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, paired with 1GB of RAM.
The smartphone has an 8GB built-in storage that is expandable via MicroSD and support 4G LTE Cat.4, which can renders a download speed of up to 150Mbps. On the rear, the ZTE Blade V2 sports a 13-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, while it also houses a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfie. Both cameras feature Backside Illuminated (BSI) and CMOS sensors. Connectivity options included are Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 3G, 2G, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It is powered by a 2400mAh battery.
Last year, ZTE launched a high budget smartphone in China called Star 2. The phone offers full offline voice control with built-in voice recognition engine and speech to text, which allow users to compose text with their voice. The ZTE Star 2 features 5-inch full-HD display, 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, 2GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, and 4G LTE.
