Following the launch of its new S5 smartphone, Lenovo also introduced two entry-level device namely, K5 and K5 Play. Both features 18:9 display with HD+ resolution and they both have dual rear camera as well.
The K5 packs a MediaTek 6750 chipset while the K5 Play is powered by a Snapdragon 430 chipset. Their differences manifested in the software aspect; while the later runs Android 8.0 Oreo, the former runs Android 7.1 Nougat.

The K5 Play front camera has face unlock built-in while K5 lacks this feature. The phones draws their power from a 3000mAh battery.
