A1900 Is Lenovo Next Low-Cost Smartphone With 3G, Priced Below $55

The Chinese phone maker Lenovo, is ready to add a new low cost smartphone to its A series named as A1900. Though the phone is yet to be officially announced by the firm, it has been listed on a third-party retailer website along with its specifications. Pricing is expected to falls withing $45 USD – $55 USD.

The Lenovo A1900 features a 4-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480×800 pixels. It support dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.

The smartphone is driven by a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7730 processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz slammed with Mali-400 GPU and 512MB of RAM. It houses a 2-megapixel rear camera while it doesn’t comes with a front camera.

There is a 4GB of built-in storage onboard which can be further expanded up to 16GB via MicroSD card. Connectivity options included with Lenovo A1900 are 3G, Bluetooth, Wifi, GPRS/EDGE, FM radio, and Micro-USB. It is powered by a 1500mAh battery.

Earlier this week, Lenovo listed A5000 on its website. The smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat and features a 5-inch HD display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, 8MP rear camera, 2MP camera, and a large 4000mAh battery which according to the firm can deliver up to 33 days of standby. Pricing and availability remains undisclose.
