Milan come into this one as favourites having secured a 2-2 away draw in the first leg.

Milan are quite in a rough patch of form, having not won any of their past three matches in all competitions.

It is important to note that Milan have lost three of their last seven home matches in the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Cup (W4), losing as many times as they did in their first 38 games across those competitions.

Also, this is not the first time both teams are meeting. Milan have hosted Crvena Zvezda twice before, drawing 1-1- in the European Cup in 1988-89 before beating them 1-0 in a Champions League qualifier in 2006-07, thanks to a Filippo Inzaghi goal

Crvena Zvezda have managed to win only one of their previous 12 European adventures to Italian opposition (D3 L8), a 2-0 win over Chievo in the UEFA Cup first round in October 2002.

Also, Crvena Zvezda have scored only three times across their seven away matches in the UEFA Europa League, failing to score at all in five of the last six.

Despite how bad A. C. Milan’s form may be, I don’t think this Serbian side would be one to qualify over Milan. Though anything is possible, but not this one.
