BLU, the phone manufacturing company based in United States has launched Pure XR, its latest high-end Android smartphone with 4G LTE. Clad in a full metal body that measure just 7.0mm at its thinnest point, the device features a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display boasting a full-HD (1920×1080) resolution, protected on the surface by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. To further bring the greatness out of the brilliant display, BLU has added a feature which it called 3D touch. This enable users to activate certain features depending on pressure apply when tapping the screen. In one word, the display is pressure sensitive.

Under the hood, it is driven by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and Mali T860 GPU. There is a 64GB of built-in storage onboard that can be expanded via MicroSD card. The Pure XR boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box and comes with two SIM slots for dual use. It harbours a fingerprint sensor beneath the physical home button located at the front for biometric authentication.
In photography, the phone houses a 16-megapixel camera with Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF), Laser Focus, and LED flash at the rear that can record video in full-HD (1080p), while it bears an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens camera at the front for taking selfie. Other connectivity options included besides 4G LTE are WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, 2G, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery with fast charging.
