Cubot has silently unveiled a new Android phone called Echo. Unlike other device released by the firm in the past, the Echo is specifically meant for music lovers out there. The smartphone possess a built-in Awinic smart amplifier chip (AW87319) that enhances the bass load of dual rear-mounted speakers included, with up to 100dB and less than 0.020% distortion rate.

Being a music-focus smartphone is the only notable feature that Echo boast of, and it is what separate it from other entry-level smartphone out there. In terms of specifications, it features a 5-inch IPS capacitive touch display with HD (1280×720) resolution and pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 32-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor clocked at 1.3GHz, coupled with 2GB of RAM and Mali 400MP2 GPU. It includes a 16GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card.
Sitting at the rear is a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash, while a secondary 5-megapixel camera is placed at the front. Connectivity options provided includes Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, 3G HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, GPS, FM radio and Micro-USB. The Cubot Echo runs Android 6.0.Marshmallow and offers dual-SIM functionality. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
The phone will be available in White Rose Gold, and Black color options when it go on sale. No details about pricing yet.
