Cubot earlier this month unveiled Dinosaur, a mid-budget smartphone. The company however has again took the wraps off it latest device in China called X17s. The phone is listed on the firm website without pricing and availability details.
The Cubot X17s features a 5-inch JDI AH-IPS display with full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) resolution, flaunting a pixel density of 441ppi. It is powered by a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735A processor with a clock speed of 1.3GHz, coupled with 3GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. There is a 16GB of built-in storage onboard that can be further expanded up to 128GB via MicroSD card.

The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, and has hybrid dual SIM slots that enables the second SIM slot to be use as a MicroSD card slot. Sitting at the rear is a 16-megapixel camera with f/2.2 aperture and twin-LED flash, while there is an 8-megapixel camera with 88-degree wide-angle lens at the front. In connectivity aspect, the Cubot X17s supports Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi, 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, and USB with OTG. It is backed by a 2500mAh battery.
The device measures 143.4 x 69.4 x 6.2mm. It is painted in Black and Silver colours.
