iberry today has launched its new smartphone in partnership with Elephone in India called Auxus Prime P8000. The device will be exclusively available on e-commerce website Snapdeal before this month ends. The Gold Edition is priced at Rs 15,990 ($249 USD) while Matt White Edition carries a price tag of Rs 14,999 ($234 USD). The only difference between the two is their color.
The Auxus Prime P8000 is India version of Elephone P8000 that was introduced earlier in China. It features a 5.5-inch IPS display with FHD (1080 x 1920 pixels) resolution and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The device is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor with a clock speed of 1.3GHz slammed with 3GB of RAM, Mali-T720 GPU, and 16GB of storage which is expandable up to 64GB via MicroSD card.

It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box and has two SIM slots one of which support 4G LTE. The Auxus Prime P8000 sports a 13-megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash at the rear while it bears a 5-megapixel selfie-enabled camera at the front. Connectivity options onboard besides 4G LTE are Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi with Hotspot, 3G HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a huge 4,200mAh battery.
