Leicester met the expectations in the Europa League campaign, as they ended up in the 1st place, routinely defeating AEK in the last match at home with a 2:0 result.
They did their job in the first fourteen minutes when they had a double lead, not providing the visitors with a single chance to be more dangerous. The Foxes also ended their two matches losing streak in the Premier League last weekend, as they defeated Sheffield Utd with a 1:2 result, in an away match, but it had to be said, it was a close one.
Leicester occupies 4th place in the standings, doing quite all right this season, but they need to be on alert, as several teams are in a position to threaten them.

Central backs Soyuncu (4/0) and Amartey (2/0) are out injured, as well as right-back Pereira (1/0). Right-back Castagne (6/1) is doubtful.
Brighton
Brighton played a very difficult match last time out against Southampton when they come with a close 1:2 defeat, playing at their home stadium.
They took the lead first from the penalty in the 26th minute but failed in keeping it, as they conceded an equalizer just before halftime. They weren’t outplayed, it can be said that luck wasn’t on their side, as they conceded one more from the penalty in the last ten minutes and walked away with no points out of this clash, maybe a bit undeservedly.
Brighton isn’t appearing in the best way this season, as they are currently in 16th place, only four points above the red zone.

Offensive midfielder Lallana (10/0) is injured, while unfit remains midfielder Mac Allister (3/1), plus a couple of others who didn’t play yet in the season.
No holding back in this match
The Foxes are entering this one well aware that they have everything that it takes to record a positive result. They have the offensive potential to be dangerous against almost any opponent, especially against modest teams like Brighton. They are, like any other team that plays both in Europe and domestically, under a certain dose of fatigue, but the quality does compensate for that. The odds are making it extremely tempting this time.
