Ringing Bells, a not-so-popular phone maker based in India has announced a new smartphone named Freedom 251. Unlike other smartphones that has come before this time, the Freedom 251 offers average specs at a very ridiculous price of Rs 251, which translates to $3.60 USD and roughly #900 Nigeria Naira. Unfortunately, the device will be made available in India only starting from February 18 via the company online page.
Specwise, the smartphone features a 4-inch IPS display with qHD (960×540) resolution. It is powered by a quad-core processor (unspecified) clocked at 1.3GHz, slammed with 1GB of RAM. There is an 8GB of built-in storage onboard, which is further expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card.
