Having launched its first Android 5.0 Lollipop powered smartphone earlier this month, HTC has again added a new budget smartphone to its desire range in India, the Desire 526G+ Dual SIM. The phone will go on sale starting from this week at Rs 10,400 ($170 USD) for 8GB version which will be exclusively available on Snapdeal while the 32GB version which is priced at Rs 11,400 ($185 USB) can be purchase on other e-commerce website.

As the name suggest, the device offers dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box topped with HTC Sense 6.0 UI. It features a 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 540×960 pixels touting 234ppi pixel density. The Desire 526G+ Dual SIM is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor, clocked at 1.7GHz along with 1GB of RAM.
The smartphone packs an 8-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash while there is also a 2-megapixel front camera onboard. On the connectivity front, the Desire 526G+ Dual SIM support Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, 2G, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2000mAh battery.
