The Taiwanese phone maker, HTC, has launched a new budget smartphone in the U.K called Desire 620. According to the firm, the phone will be available early next year while its pricing is not yet revealed. Notably, HTC launched the dual SIM variant of the Desire 620 alongside with the Desire 620G Dual SIM in Taiwan earlier this month at TWD 6,990 (Roughly $230 USD).

The Desire 620 sports identical specifications when compared to Desire 620 Dual SIM except the first only support single SIM, while the later support dual SIM.

The smartphone features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) Super LCD display and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box topped with the firm Sense 6 UI. It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410, clocked at 1.2GHz, paired alongside with 1GB of RAM.
At the rear, the Desire 620 sports an 8-megapixel camera with LED flash and houses a 5-megapixel front shooter incorporated with the firm new Eye Experience, the likes of which is found on Desire Eye. It packs an 8GB built-in storage that is expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD card. On the connectivity front, the smartphone support 4G, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2,100mAh battery.
