Huawei on Friday announced a new smartphone in China, Enjoy 5S, a more powerful variant and successor of Honor Joy 5 (a.k.a Enjoy 5) launched in October. It is priced at CN¥ 1189 (approx $187 USD) and already available for pre-orders. It will go on sale in second week of December. Global availability is not yet known.
In physical aspect, the Huawei Enjoy 5S sports a full metal body that measures 143.5 x 71 x 7.6mm and weight 135 grams. It features a 5-inch IPS display with a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, flaunting a pixel density of 294ppi. The device is powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6753T processor clocked at 1.5GHz, alongside with 2GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU.

It comes equipped with a 16GB of built-in storage, which can be further expanded via MicroSD card (up to 128GB). The Enjoy 5S runs Android 5.1 Lollipop topped EMUI 3.1 and has hybrid dual SIM slots that enables the second SIM slot to be use as MicroSD card slot. Also, it sports a fingerprint sensor at the back for smart security and authentication. Sitting at the back is a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, BSI sensor and LED flash, while it sports a 5-megapixel camera at the front.
Connectivity options included are Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 4G LTE, 3G (HSPA+), GPRS/EDGE, and GPS. It is turn on by a 2,200mAh battery. The phone comes in Gold and Silver colors.
