Huawei has finally launch its new mid-budget smartphone in China, the Honor 4X. The phone is available for pre-order at CNY 1,299 (Roughly $215 US Dollars, NGN 35,100 Nigerian Nairas) and will start shipping in November 9. Availability outside China is not yet known.

As we’ve mentioned earlier, the Honor 4X features a 5.5-inch IPS display with a HD resolution of 720×1280 pixels. It offers dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box overlayed with the firm EMOTION 3.0 UI. The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz, alongside with 2GB of RAM.
The device sports a 13-megapixel rear shooter with Sony sensor and LED flash, while it also houses a 5-megapixel front camera. There’s 8GB built-in storage onboard that is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card. Connectivity options included are 4G LTE, Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB. It packs a 3,000mAh battery, rated to deliver up to 72 hours on normal usage.
The Huawei Honor 4X will be available in three colour variants – Blue, Red and Gold.
Phones launched by the firm so far in October are Honor Holly and Honor X1
