The popular Nigeria singer Mayorkun whose real name is Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel was born into a family that loves entertainment as his mother is a Nollywood actress and his father is an artist and movie producer.
Mayorkun is the eldest son of three in his family and he was given birth on the 23rd of March 1994 which makes him 26 years old at the time of writing this article.

Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel known as Mayorkun graduated from the University of Lagos with a degree in banking and finance.

Music Career
Mayorkun came into fame in 2016 when he signed a record deal with Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) which was headed by Davido.
Mayorkun chose to leave his bank task to look for another because of terrible compensation, when his cover video was seen by Davido in February 2016.
Davido followed him on Twitter and Instagram, after which Davido inquired as to whether he can accomplish more than playing the console. He got a call from Davido the very day he composed his renunciation letter and sent Davido a portion of the melodies he previously recorded.
Davido chose to sign him to Davido Music Worldwide. Mayorkun delivered his first single under the mark called “Eleko” in 2016. The video of the tune assembled 1,000,000 perspectives in the initial 10 days.
To his name, Mayorkun has a few singles including Yawa, Sade, Che, and Mama. In October 2018, he delivered singles “Luxurious” and “Dream” highlighting Olu Maintain fully expecting his first studio collection named “The Mayor of Lagos”. The Mayor of Lagos was delivered on the sixteenth of November 2018. On December 1, 2018, it showed up on the Billboard World Albums outline, topping at number 15.
