Motorola, currently owned by Lenovo, is said to be working on a new mid-level smartphone on its “Moto” platform that may debut next month. According to the known tipster @evleaks, the device dubbed Moto X4 (a.k.a Moto X 2017) will be the company’s next to be unveil under the Moto series.
There has been mixture of reported rumoured specs in the past few months, one suggesting that the said device will be powered by a Snapdragon 660 processor and will be backed by a 3800mAh battery. The latest rumor however confirmed that the recently announced Snapdragon 630 will be making it inside driving by a 3000mAh battery.

Other specifications expected to featured on the upcoming Moto X4 includes 5.2-inch full-HD display, 4GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage, and 16MP front camera. If the rumors and leaked renders turned out to be true, the Moto X4 will be Motorola first smartphone to sports dual rear cameras, boasting 12MP + 8MP sensors.
The phone is also expected to be waterproof and dustproof, has a fingerprint sensor on the home button, and runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The exact date of its launching is not known yet.
