Npower Teach Recruitment 2020 Requirements

  1. All interested applicants must be citizens of Nigeria between the ages of 18 – 35 years.
  2. Applicants must be unemployed i.e ensure you are not an existing employee of any organization.
  3. You must have your valid Bank verification Number (BVN) ready at the time of application.
  4. If you are applying for a graduate programme, you must have your academic credentials that meet the requirements and your NYSC discharge letter/exemption letter.

How To Apply For Npower Teach Recruitment 2020 Batch C

What you need for N-power registration:

  • A printout or accurate details of your Bank Verification Number (BVN).
  • A recent passport photograph (1MB) either in JPEG (JPG) or PNG format.
  • A valid email address or working phone number.

Once you have all these, you can then proceed to register by following the procedures below:

  1. Log on to www.npower.fmhds.gov.ng
  2. Enter your email address and password. A confirmation email will be sent to you. It will take up to 2-5 minutes, make sure to also check your spam folder. Check out the reason for the delay in receiving the confirmation mail here.
  • Input your valid contact information (Email or Phone Number)
  • You will be required to verify your email address. This is then followed by the BVN verification portal.
  • Once your email address has been verified, fill in your 11-digit Bank Verification Number (BVN) and date of birth in the format (dd/mm/yy). If your BVN details are inaccurate, you will not be permitted to go past this interface.
  1. Fill in your BioData and Contact Details
  • Fill in your Surname, First Name and Middle Name exactly how it appears on your BVN printout.
  1. Fill your Education and Programme Details
  • First, you are required to indicate if you are educated or not. Remember, the N-power Batch C programme is open to all (graduates or non-graduates).
  • N-Teach is only open to graduates.
  • Where applicable, you will be required to upload your degree certificate and NYSC discharge certificate.
  1. Fill your Employment and Other Details
  • On this page, you will be required to answer some questions and upload your Government issues identity card. Kindly note that the acceptable Government IDs are:
  • International Passport.
  • National ID card issued by NIMC.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Permanent Voter’s Card.
  1. Review and Submit
  • On the next page, you are advised to carefully review all the information you have inputted before you submit.
  • Once you submit, you will receive a unique ID number. Make sure to write it down and keep it safe.

The N-Power Teach is aimed at improving the delivery of basic education in Nigeria.

Therefore, all volunteers will be deployed as teacher assistants in primary schools around Nigeria.

Their purpose there is not to replace the permanent teachers, but will assist with teaching, school management and other functions within their respective schools.

Npower teaching materials will be provided to successful beneficiaries and stipend will be paid for 2 years.
