Panasonic has launched a new Android smartphone in India, T33, priced at Rs 4,990 ($78 USD). The device will be available starting from next week.
The Panasonic T33 features with a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) IPS display and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It is powered by a quad-core processor (unspecified) clocked at 1.2GHz alongside with 512MB of RAM.

The smartphone includes a 4GB of built-in storage which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card. The dual-SIM enabled Panasonic T33 bears a 3-megapixel camera at rear accompanied with LED flash, while there is also a VGA camera at the front for video chatting.
Connectivity options included are 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB. A 1500mAh battery power up the device. It comes in Duke Blue and Pearl White color variants.
Last week, Panasonic launched Eluga Z at a price of Rs 13,490 ($210). The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box and includes a 5-inch HD AMOLED display, True octa-core chipset, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, and 2050mAh battery. 4G LTE is onboard as well.
