Sony has further expanded its Xperia line-up, the firm has launched a new Xperia E3 successor dubbed as Xperia E4. While pricing still remains undisclose the smartphone is expected to go on sale starting from next week.
The E-series are low rangers and not has powerful as other Xperia series. The Sony Xperia E4 will also be available in dual-SIM variant that will support two SIMs at a time. It sports a higher specifications when compared with Xperia E3 which was launched in September last year but doesn’t support 4G LTE as the first. The smartphone comes with a 5-inch qHD (540×960 pixel) IPS display and runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box with no word on Android 5.0 Lollipop update.

Under the hood, the Xperia E4 is driven by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor, clocked at 1.3GHz alongside with 1GB of RAM. It packs a 4GB built-in storage which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card. There’s a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash at the rear while it is also equipped with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options included are Wifi, Bluetooth 4.1, 3G, GPS/A-GPS, GPRS/EDGE, and USB 2.0. It is powered by a 2300mAh battery.
The Sony Xperia E4 will be available in two different colours Black, and White.
