Sony officially launched its new low-budget Android smartphone last week, the Xperia E3. Though the firm hasn’t reveal the pricing details, the phone is expected to be available at Autumn of this year. The Xperia E3 comes in two variants, single-SIM version and dual-SIM version, both of which sports the same specifications.
The Xperia E3 features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixel) display and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, slammed with 1GB of RAM. There is 4GB built-in storage onboad that can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.
The Xperia E3 sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with no flashlight, and an 0.3-megapixel secondary front camera for video chat. Connectivity options included with the device are Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, 3G, GPS, 4G LTE (market dependent), GLONASS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2330mAh Li-ion battery, rated to deliver up to 706hrs of standby time.

Last week, Sony unveiled the much awaited Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact in Berlin, though the company is yet to announce availability and pricing details.
