Last month, the Oppo R5 took the crown from Gionee as the world’s slimmest phone, but it seems another smartphone is here to take revenge for Gionee. The Chinese phone maker Vivo is about to launch their record breaker, the X5 Max.
The smartphone was spotted on Chinese equivalent of FCC, TENAA, revealing a thickness of 4.75mm, which is 10mm thinner than Oppo R5. However, the full details of the Vivo X5 Max is not revealed but its key specifications include 5.5-inch HD display, 1.7GHz octa-core processor (probably MediaTek), 2GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear snapper, and 5-megapixel front camera.
The mobile will run Android 4.4.4 KitKat and it is said to be available in China only.
