Xiaomi has launched a new Android phablet under its “Mi” series dubbed as Mi Note. The device was announced by the firm earlier today in China and comes with a price tag of CNY 2299 (Roughly $370 USD) for 16GB version and CNY 2799 (Roughly $450 USD) for 64GB version. Roll out timeline for global markets is not revealed.

The phablet features a 5.7-inch JDI display with a full-HD resolution of 1080×1920 pixels touting 386ppi pixel density. The device sports a metal frame and its protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The Xiaomi Mi Note offers dual-SIM (Micro + Nano) functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It is powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor coupled with Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM. Best audio quality experience is also assured with a dedicated ESS ES9018K2M audio chip.
The phablet sports a 13-megapixel rear snapper with optical image stabilization, CMOS sensor and twin LED flash while there’s also 4-megapixel front camera onboard. On the connectivity front, the Xiaomi Mi Note support 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS, FM radio and Micro-USB. It packs a 3000mAh battery with quick charging technology.
