Along with PHAB 2 Pro that claimed world’s first project tango phablet, Lenovo also launched PHAB 2 and PHAB 2 Plus at its 2016 Tech World event. Unlike their big brother, the phablets doesn’t wear project tango identity badge.
The PHAB 2 features 6.4-inch HD display; is powered by a quad-core processor with 3GB of RAM; sports 13MP and 5MP cameras, and is backed by a 4050mAh battery. The PHAB 2 Plus however comes with a 6.4-inch full-HD display, packs dual 13MP rear cameras and 8MP front camera, and has a fingerprint sensor at the back. Its other specifications remains the same with PHAB 2.
Both phablets runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box, offers hybrid dual SIM functionality, and supports Dolby Atmos. Triple array noise-cancelling microphones are also included with each device.
