Galaxy Amp Prime 2 debuts on Cricket in U.S with Android 7.0 Nougat, LTE

Cricket Wireless has sheltered in a new Samsung smartphone in the United States called Galaxy Amp Prime 2, running Android 7.0 Nougat. The phone is exclusively available on the U.S-based network carrier at off-contract fee of $149.99.

Specwise, the device features a 5-inch capacitive touch display with HD (1280×720) resolution and pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by an unspecified quad-core processor clocked at 1.35GHz, while the capacity of RAM included is not revealed. It comes with a 16GB of built-in storage that can be further expanded up to 256GB via MicroSD card.

In photography, the Amp Prime 2 sports a rear-facing 5-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, capable of recording 720p video, while it houses a 2-megapixel camera at the front for selfie and video-calling. Connectivity options that successfully made it inside includes WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, 3G, and GPS. It is backed by a 2,600mAh battery.
