BLU, the U.S based mobile phone manufacturer has launched Life One X2, a mid-end Android smartphone with enticing price. Its body, carved out of metal measure 9.5mm at its thinnest and the phone weight 166 grams. It comes with a 5.2-inch IPS curved glass display with a brilliant full-HD (1920×1080) resolution, protected on the surface by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

A 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor clocked at 1.4GHz drives the One Life X2 on the inside, coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. It comes in two variants, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, both expandable up to 64GB via external MicroSD slots included. For smart security, a fingerprint sensor is embedded beneath the physical home button.

The phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and offers dual SIM functionality with dual standby. In photography, it is equipped with a 16-megapixel rear camera with Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) and LED flash, capable of recording 1080p video, while it bears an 8-megapixel front-facing camera also accompanied with a LED flash for good selfie capture in dark. On the connectivity front, the device supports WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, and GPS/A-GPS. It is backed by a 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0.

The BLU Life One X2 is painted in Rose Gold and Gunmetal Grey. The 3GB RAM variant is priced at $149.99 and the 4GB RAM variant at $199.99. It is available for pre-orders on Amazon and will start shipping from today (September 23).
