iBall has made a new addition to its affordable Android tablet in India called Slide 3G Q81, wearing a price cap of Rs 7,999 ($120 USD). It will be available later this month at offline and online stores across the region.
The iBall Slide 3G Q81 has a single SIM slot with voice-calling functionality (via earphones) and 3G. It features an 8-inch multi-touch display with WXGA (1280 x 800 pixels) resolution, and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. Under the hood, it is driven by a 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom X3 processor clocked at 1.0GHz, slammed with 1GB of RAM. It includes an 8GB of internal storage with external storage support via MicroSD card (up to 64GB).

In photography, the Slide 3G Q81 sports a 5-megapixel camera with Auto Focus at the rear, while it comes equipped with a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options included besides 3G are Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, GPRS/EDGE, GPS/A-GPS, and Micro-USB with OTG. A 4,000mAh battery turn it on.
Last week, iBall launched Slide Cuddle 4G, a LTE enabled 6.95-inch tablet in India at Rs 9,999 ($150 USD). The device also support voice calling functionality and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
