HTC has added a new smartphone to its Desire range in India called Desire 828 Dual SIM. It was initially introduced in China in early November but has now arrived to India. The device is priced at Rs 19,990 ($307) and will be exclusively available for purchase on e-commerce website Flipkart starting from 14th of December. Check out its complete specs.
