Following the entering of Vivo, the chinese phone manufacturer Elephone has also enters India market with a new budget smartphone named G7. The phone was first launched in China in 2014 but is now available exclusively on e-commerce website Snapdeal with a price tag of Rs 8,888 ($139 USD).
Physically, the Elephone G7 measures 152x76x5.5mm and weight 156 gram. It features a 5.5-inch IPS display with a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, protected with the now dated Corning Gorilla Glass 2. The smartphone offers dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.

Diving in, the device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor with a clock speed of 1.4GHz slammed with 1GB of RAM and Mali 450 GPU. It packs a 13-megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash at the rear while an 8-megapixel selfie-enabled camera take hold of the upper front.
The dual-SIM enabled Elephone G7 houses an 8GB of internal storage that is expandable via MicroSD card (up to 64GB) and offers 3G (HSPA+), Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPRS/EDGE, Micro-USB, and GPS/A-GPS as connectivity options. A 2650mAh turn on the device.
