Google has launched two new Chrome laptops in India, the Nexian Air Chromebook and Xolo Chromebook. The Nexian Air Chromebook is priced at Rs 12,999 (Roughly $203) and will be available on Amazon India from next week while the Xolo Chromebook will be available on e-commerce site “Snapdeal” with the same price tag (Rs 12,999). Google is offering 100GB free Google Drive cloud storage with every purchase for both device.
The Nexian Air Chromebook has a rugged slash-proof body, it features a 11.6-inch display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels that touts an aspect ratio of 16:9. The laptop is powered by a quad-core Rockchip RK3288 processor clocked at 1.8GHz, alongside with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and Mali-T764 GPU.

It includes a 16GB of built-in storage with external storage support. A soft-touch Chrome keyboard and a clickable touchpad provide data input for users. Connectivity options onboard are Wifi, Bluetooth, and USB port. It is fuelled by a 4,200mAh battery that can deliver up to 8 hours of battery life. The Nexian Air Chromebook will be available in White color option.
Much like the Nexian Air, the Xolo Chromebook also features a 11.6-inch display with 1366×768 pixels resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a 1.8GHz quad-core Rockchip RK3288 processor, paired with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and ARM Mali-T764 GPU.
Chrome keyboard and clickable touchpad are also onboard for faster and smoother typing. Connectivity options remains the same as the first. The Xolo Chromebook is backed by a 4200mAh battery that can last to 10 hours in a single charge.
