Huawei on Saturday launched an 8-inch Honor Tablet in Malaysia, but that’s not all. The firm has again launched a new metal-clad Android tablet in India, the MediaPad T1 8.0. The tablet will be available on the popular India online store Flipkart starting from October 10 with a price tag of Rs 9,999 (roughly $167).
The MediaPad T1 8.0 features 8-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels, and runs the dated Android 4.3 Jelly bean out-of-the-box. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8212 processor, slammed with 1GB of RAM.
The Huawei MediaPad tablet offer voice calling functionality, and comes with a 8GB of built-in storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD. It houses a 5-megapixel rear camera, and 0.3-megapixel front camera.

On the connectivity side, the MediaPad T1 8.0 support 3G, Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 4,800mAh battery.
