HTC Launches Desire 816G, Desire 820, And Desire 820Q In India - Features And Specs - Premier Online Updates, Latest Tech Trends

The Taiwanese tech giant on Tuesday has launch three new smartphones in India, the Desire 820, Desire 820Q, and Desire 816G. The Desire 820 and Desire 820Q will be available starting from November, while the Desire 816G will start shipping next month. The Desire 816G is priced at Rs 18,990 (approximately $317), while the pricing details for the other two smartphones has not been announce.

The Desire 820 was globally launched at IFA event which took place in Berlin earlier this month. The smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat and features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display, 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB built-in storage with external storage support, 13-megapixel rear snapper, and 8-megapixel front camera. It is backed by a 2600mAh battery.

The HTC Desire 820Q features the same specifications as Desire 820, except it’s powered by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor.

The Desire 816G features a 5.5-inch display with a HD resolution of 720*1280 pixel, it offers dual-SIM functionality and also runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box overlay with the company’s custom Sense UI. The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM.

The Desire 816G sports a 13-megapixel rear camera, and a secondary 5-megapixel front camera. It comes with 8GB of built-in storage with external storage support. The smartphone is backed by a 2600mAh battery.
