The Chinese tech company, ZTE, has unveil a new mid-budget Android smartphone today in India, the V5. The phone will be exclusively available on Snapdeal starting from Tuesday at a price tag of Rs 10,999 (approx $184).
The ZTE V5 features a 5-inch IPS OGS display with a HD resolution of 720×1280 pixels, while its screen is protected by Dragontrail Glass. The smartphone runs Android 4.4.2 out-of-the-box, overlay with the company’s custom Nubia 2.0 UI.
It is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, clocked at 1.2GHz, alongside with 1GB of RAM. There is 4GB built-in storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD.

The new ZTE V5 sports a 13-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash, and 5-megapixel secondary front camera. Features packs with the rear camera are HDR, Panorama, Geo tagging, Face detection, and various Special effects. Connectivity options included are Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G, A-GPS, GLONASS, Micro-USB, and FM radio. It is backed by a 2400mAh battery.
