The mobile tech company, Huawei is planning to launch its MediaPad 7 Youth2 tablet in India. The tablet was globally released in March 2014, and will be hitting India in days ahead. The tablet is not yet officially announced but its available for purchase via an online retailer stores. The price ranges from Rs 10,678 – Rs 11.499 (approx $178 – $192).
The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 features a 7-inch TFT display with a screen resolution of 1024*600 pixels and 170ppi pixel density, it runs Android 4.3 Jelly bean out-of-the-box, overlayed with the company’s custom Emotion UI 1.6. It comes with 4GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card.
The MediaPad 7 Youth 2 tablet is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, slammed with 1GB of RAM. There’s 3-megapixel rear camera onboard with 0.3-megapixel secondary front camera for video calling. Connectivity options included with the tablet are Bluetooth, WiFi, 3G, GPS/A-GPS and Micro-USB.

The MediaPad 7 Youth2 tablet is backed by a 4100mAh non-removable Li-Po battery, and is available in two colour variants – Black and Champagne.
