Oukitel shooked the wall of China sometimes ago by introducing something explicitly different from what we were familiar with in the ever changing world of mobile; by introducing smartphones that packed as much as 12,000mAh battery. While this firm had no competition back then in that sector and were mainly functioning in the China market, it is nonetheless what most western people would have prefer at this present age. The known U.S-based battery manufacturer Energizer might have thought that too as the company have come up with something interesting to mark this year Mobile World Congress (MWC) that will begin next week.
Energizer has announced a new smartphone that it will be bringing to the event, called Power Max P16K Pro. This is not the first time or the first Android device that the company will be launching, but it is the company’s first smartphone that will be having the modern 18:9 display, and that’s not all. The most notable feature that draws our attention is the gigantic battery that the Power Max P16K Pro packs behind. We are talking about 16,000mAh of battery power, which is four times of what you get in flagships released these days.

The phone looks as slim as possible but there are some price to be paid for that kind of battery capacity, especially in weight and body thickness, which unfortunately we have no details of at the moment. The Power Max P16K Pro will feature a 5.99-inch Full HD+ (2160×1080) 18:9 display and it will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio P25 processor with 6GB of RAM coupled along. It will have a moderate 13MP+5MP dual rear-facing camera and an 8MP selfie camera too.
Its full specs sheet and pricing details will be made known next week.
