The Oyo State security outfit, Operation Burst, said on Monday that it had captured a portion of its workforce for purportedly flogging a woman in the Beere community, Ibadan.
The woman was claimed to have been beaten by certain soldiers joined to the security group over a charge of ‘indecent dressing.’
