Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called on President Muhammadu Buhari and Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Mr. Timipre Sylva, to investigate how the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources burned through N116 million to purchase writing material things in 2015.
SERAP in a statement signed by its deputy director, Kolawole Oluwadare on Sunday, December 13, 2020, likewise asked the president and the minister to investigate the sum spent on similar things somewhere in the range of 2016 and 2020.
