Early Music Career
In his later years in secondary school, Sean indicated his rhyming abilities consistently as a feature of a rap fight challenge held by Detroit hip-jump station WHTD.
In 2005, Kanye West was doing a radio meeting at 102.7 FM. Catching wind of this, Sean went to the station to meet West and play out some free-form.
At first West was hesitant to hear him, nonetheless, he gave Sean 16 bars to rap for him.
As indicated by Big Sean, West making the most of his free-form: “As we get to the passageway of the radio broadcast … we halted in the entryway.
