Betting Prediction: Fulham vs Chelsea

Stadium for Fulham v Chelsea

Fulham welcome Frank Lampard’s struggling Chelsea to the Craven Cottage in a London derby that would see Ola Aina play against his former club.

The two teams have had a form that has nothing to write home about, with Chelsea winning two of their last five games in all competitions.

Fulham have had victories difficult to come by in the Premier League, with five draws in their last five Premier League matches keeping them in 18th position.

But the club have conceded 24 goals and managed to score a meagre 14 goals – the third lowest in the league. But the West London club would be hoping this is not the case come Saturday.

Frank Lampard who used a strong line up in his last match, despite playing against fourth tier opposition, was thought to be building confidence in his Chelsea side. So he would want to unleash the dragons in this match.

Though, this is a London derby, but this is not a Chelsea v Arsenal, and as much as Fulham would want to cause the same upset that they caused at Tottenham earning a  1-1 draw, the same outcome won’t be likely against Chelsea.

So, the best bet would be a Chelsea win and over 2.5 goals. Though, Chelsea’s defence have been shaky, but Lampard might be hoping to put a stop to it.
