For just $129, MetroPCS customers will be able to get their hands on one with no contract involved, which is quite affordable considering the specs it packed along. Foremost, the Blade Z Max features a large (but nonetheless decent) 6-inch full-HD (1920×1080) display and is backed by a huge 4080mAh battery, which should be able to last for a day or even more when moderately used, thanks to its power-efficient Snapdragon 435 processor. The processor runs at a speed of 1.4GHz — this should be sufficient enough to drive most apps and games out there.

There is a 2GB of RAM onboard for multitasking and coupled alongside the processor is Adreno 505 GPU for graphics. A 32GB of storage also resides inside for offline hosting of data and files. The internal storage can be further be expanded up to 256GB via a MicroSD card. Gallantly sitting at the back are two cameras, a 16-megapixel main camera and a secondary 2-megapixel camera for capturing depth of field and for creating a bokeh effect. The rear duo camera is accompanied with dual LED flash for lighting in the dark and is capable of recording 1080p video.

Moving from hardware to software aspect, the Blade Z Max runs Google’s Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out-of-the-box. The carrier also load some of its customized apps (bloatware) on the device. Connectivity included are Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, 4G VoLTE, 3G, GPS, and USB Type-C. Dolby Atmos audio enhancement put its 3.5mm audio jack into good use for great listening pleasure and there is a fingerprint sensor on the back for smart security.
