The Africa 35 Under 35 Award for young African Minds is a yearly award ceremony to appreciate and project great Innovative minds. The main partner and sponsor of the 2020 edition is AFRICA KITOKO.
The AFRICA 35.35 recognizes the merit of 35 youth under 35 years old among the most notable brains in Africa and from the Afro Diaspora.
This program began since 2016 and has awarded 146 smart young minds from 32 countries. This new edition will have the laureates receive their honors in their respective home ountries because of the global pandemic

The Africa 35.35 Awards Committee
The committee or brain behind this award is called the Association 3535. Association 35.35 thinks, designs and also executes new initiatives that dynamize African innovation ecosystems.
The Association Association 35.35 brings together young professionals from 20 African countries and on this occasion collaborates with several partners in Africa.
Among the 35 laureates, they will designate the African Youth of the Year who has driven exceptional impact in Africa.

An international and independent jury comprised of personalities is in charge of selecting the laureates, according to the following 3 criteria : Demonstrated leadership (20%), Innovative nature of work (30%), Positive impact (50%)
