The CEO of Apple Inc Tim Cook on Bloombergs Businessweek openly declares he is proud to be a gay. Continueing in his statement, Tim Cook said “he has never denied his sexuality neither do he publicly acknowledge it and most of his colleagues know that he is gay”.

In the article which was published on Thursday, the Apple Executive wrote that it hasn’t been an easy choice to publicly disclose he is a gay, but that could potentially encourage others. In one of his statement, he said “being gay is among the greatest gifts God has given me”

He added that he will continue to focus on being the best CEO he can be and will personally continue to advocate for equality for all people.
