Earlier this week, Apple’s newest smartphone faces a challenge which shooks all social media as well as patriotic Apple’s fans, as an user reportedly said his phone got bend on normal usage. The post which was made on MacRumors Forum causes an uproar and people seems to put their hands back in their pocket.
However, the firm has broken its silence concerning the issue and spoken out. According to Apple spokewoman, she said “Apple shares closed down nearly 4 percent at $97.87 on Thursday, wiping out nearly $23 billion in market value”. However customers whose phone got bend can hope for a replacement but on one condition, and that is if their phone passed an inspection test.
This is not the only issue being faced by the firm, Apple releases iOS 8.0.1 upgrade which comes with some glitches including users not being able to use their fingerprint reading touch ID.
We believe Apple haven’t yet loses its head and if they can face this and get over it, they can face anything.
